Arian Lundberg, PhD
Assistant Prof. Arian Lundberg holds dual master's degrees, in Bioinformatics from Lund University (2012) and then in Computational Biophysics/Biochemistry from Stockholm University (2014). He got his PhD in Medical Bioinformatics from Karolinska Institute (2019), focusing on cancer biomarker research in breast cancer led to develop a gene signature associated with cell cycle activity.
His postdoctoral career includes a first position at Stanford University (2020) focusing on immune-hot cancers, followed by a three-year postdoc at the University of California, San Francisco (2020-2023), and a final postdoctoral role at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) and Royal Marsden Hospital in London (2023-2024) with a main focus on prostate cancer disease, where he holds an honorary appointment.
